Third parties that help shipd host, bill, email, observe, and operate the Service.

Overview

shipd engages the third-party companies below as subprocessors to help provide the Service (hosting, billing, email, observability, and related operations). This list supplements our Privacy Policy.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply and we process Customer Data on your behalf, these parties may process that data only as needed to deliver their services to us under appropriate contractual terms.

Infrastructure providers may use regional facilities and edge networks. “Primary location” describes where the vendor is generally established or where processing is principally configured for shipd; data may transit other regions as part of normal network delivery.
